Physician Biographies

Darlene Fogg, MD, FACOG

Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Darlene Fogg provides excellent obstetric and gynecologic care. In private practice since 2001, she joined Women’s Health Care Specialists in 2006. Dr. Fogg earned her medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Her internship and residency were completed at Loyola University Medical Center.

Rosanne D. Kappa, MD, FACOG

Dr. Rosanne Kappa brings expertise in obstetrics and gynecological care to patients of Women’s Health Care Specialists. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Kappa provides compassionate medical care to girls and women of all ages. She received her medical education from Duke University of Medicine in 1982 Prior to joining Women’s Health Care Specialists, Dr. Kappa taught as Assistant Professor and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Philadelphia.

Lenita H. Thibault, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lenita Thibault has provided excellent women’s healthcare in the Kingsport area since 1991. In 2005, she joined the team of medical professionals at Women’s Health Care Specialists. Dr.Thibault is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She currently serves as the chairperson of the Department of OB/GYN at Holston Valley Medical Center. Dr. Thibault is an active member of the National Board of Medical Examiners and a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Thibault serves on several professional committees including the Perinatal Advisory Committee for the State of Tennessee Health Department. She is also active in several community organizations.
