Lonesome Pine Pediatrics, located in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, is a full-scale pediatric health care center offering compassionate medical treatment for infants, babies and children.

Dr. Vacco provides both sick and well care at the center. He specializes in diagnosis and treatment of Asthma in children. In addition, diagnosis and treatment of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) are also offered.  Same day sick visits are available for children who need to be seen right away, and walk-in hours are scheduled each Monday and Friday from 8am until 9am for sick children.
