Kingsport Medical Associates is a growing internal medicine/family medicine practice conveniently located adjacent to Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. KMA physicians provide a complete continuum of care for adult patients.

Unlike many of today's primary care practices, several of the physicians of KMA make rounds on a daily basis at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital. If a patient of KMA is hospitalized, for continuity of care, a physician of KMA will see them in the hospital instead of outsourcing to a hospitalist group.

We realize patients would prefer to see a physician that has access to their medical history, especially when they are hospitalized. That’s all part of the patient-driven philosophy of KMA.
