Gray Station Primary Care is a full-scale healthcare facility for patients of all ages.
Appointments can be made during office hours by calling 423-477-2885. As part of on-going efforts to provide the highest quality of care, those who call the clinic after hours will be directly connected with a nurse. Using medical guidelines, the nurse will recommend the most appropriate level of medical intervention and care. The call will be documented and sent to the physician’s office prior to the following day.
As a primary care center, Gray Station Primary Care offers advice and informative literature for use in the home. Parents have found the Quick Reference for Common Illnesses and Injuries of Childhood, which includes information on pediatric over-the-counter medications and guidelines for treating symptoms to common illnesses such as fever or upset stomach, to be especially useful. Other information focusing on additional medical issues and topics is also available.
An affiliate of Wellmont Physician Services, Gray Station Primary Care participates with many HMO, PPO and POS insurance plans and will file those claims for the patient.
